About Us
We are a community of people from the Ottawa region who have an interest in freeing data to support innovation in the public, social and private sectors. This site has been built by and for the community. It is a space for community members to find, unlock, publish and use open data for civic, social and economic purposes. Join the discussion in our Google Group.
This site was conceived and by Mark Kuznicki of Remarkk Consulting and built with the generous contributions of Architech Solutions by developer Adam Thody and hosting is provided by VisibleGovernment.ca. The source code will be published under an open source license for use by other communities.
